Raspberry Spritz (Himbeer Spritz)Raspberry Spritz, or Himbeer Spritz, is the kind of drink that looks elegant but takes almost no effort. Made with Mühlhäuser Himbeer-Sirup, prosecco, soda water, mint, and ice, it is light, bubbly, and beautifully pink.

This spritz is perfect for spring brunches, summer afternoons, Maifest celebrations, Mother’s Day menus, or any gathering that could use something sparkling without feeling too heavy.

The raspberry syrup gives the drink its sweet berry flavor and soft red color, while prosecco keeps it crisp and festive. A splash of soda water lightens everything up, and fresh mint gives the glass a clean, cooling finish.
