Bitter Lemon Highball with Gin (Gin und Bitter Lemon)

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cl gin Use a dry gin or citrus forward gin.
  • 12 cl Schweppes Bitter Lemon Adds citrus bitterness, bubbles, and light sweetness.
  • Ice
  • Lemon garnish, optional Adds aroma and a polished finish.

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in the gin.
  • Top with Schweppes Bitter Lemon.
  • Stir gently once or twice.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or twist, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes
