Bibbeleskäse (Creamy Quark Dish)
Ingredients
- 3 cups quark
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 lb radishes
- dash of salt
- pepper
- ground caraway seeds
- 1 cup Limburger cheese
- chives for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the quark and heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, and ground caraway seeds to taste.
- Chop the bell peppers and radishes and sprinkle over the bowl.
- Dice the Limburger cheese and add it to the quark as well. Garnish with chives and serve.
