A Bowl of Nutella Ice Cream with Hazelnuts and Raspberries

Nutella Ice Cream (Nutella-Eis)

Perfectly creamy on its own, Nutella puts it's chocolatey nutty flavor to good use in this Nutella Ice Cream. Chopped hazelnuts enhance the nuttiness and bring crunch to this summer favorite.


  • Cuisinart 2 Qt Ice Cream Maker


  • 1-3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cups Nutella
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup chopped hazelnuts


  • Combine condensed milk, Nutella, and milk in a bowl. Fold in hazelnuts. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Fill into an ice cream maker and stir constantly for about 30-40 minutes. Transfer the ice cream into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4-5 hours, or until firm.
