Raspberry May Bowl (Himbeer Maibowle)Raspberry May Bowl, or Himbeer Maibowle, is a light spring wine punch made with white wine, sparkling water, raspberry syrup, strawberries, and fresh mint. It is fruity, refreshing, and beautifully suited for warm weather entertaining.

This Himbeer Maibowle is a softer, fruitier alternative to the classic Waldmeister-Bowle, the traditional German May Bowl often made with woodruff. The raspberry syrup gives the drink a gentle berry sweetness and a soft pink color, while sparkling water keeps it bright and easy to sip.

Serve it for Maifest, garden parties, Mother’s Day brunch, spring dinners, or any occasion where a simple pitcher just will not do.
