Aprikose Früchte Müsli für Athleten
Oat flakes mixed with yogurt, apricot jam, seeds, fresh fruits and berries constitutes a nutritious and energy-rich breakfast for athletes that tastes great and is easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups oat flakes such as Kölln
- 12 oz plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup apricot spread
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds such as pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (eg. raspberries, strawberries, red currants)
- juice from a fresh lemon
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with the apricot spread. Add sugar or honey to taste.
- Mix the berries with lemon juice and the peeled, seeded and chopped fruits.
- Mix oat flakes and seeds in a bowl, add fruit and pour the yogurt-apricot mix on top.
