Aprikose Früchte Müsli für Athleten
Oat flakes mixed with yogurt, apricot jam, seeds, fresh fruits and berries constitutes a nutritious and energy-rich breakfast for athletes that tastes great and is easy to make.
- 1-1/2 cups oat flakes such as Kölln
- 12 oz plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup apricot spread
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds such as pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (eg. raspberries, strawberries, red currants)
- juice from a fresh lemon

Mix the yogurt with the apricot spread. Add sugar or honey to taste.
Mix the berries with lemon juice and the peeled, seeded and chopped fruits.
Mix oat flakes and seeds in a bowl, add fruit and pour the yogurt-apricot mix on top.
