"In this German-inspired BLT, I suggest using a Bavarian mustard, which packs a ton of sweet-and-sour flavor into about 10 calories per serving. German breads — and there are about 300 varieties — are made from top quality, organic whole rye grain. They taste great and have lots of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, as well the kind of carbs you want."-- Marcel Biró. Pair with a great German beer such as Becks, Warsteiner, Bitburger, Paulaner, or Spaten. Pinkus is a great organic beer available in the US.
