Ingredients
- 5/8 cups buckwheat
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 1-2/3 cups milk
- 1/2 packet yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- dash of cinnamon if desired
Instructions
- n a large bowl, combine the buckwheat, flour, milk, and yeast. Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
- Heat and lightly grease a griddle or skillet. Make thin pancakes, making sure both sides are browned.
- Serve with powdered sugar, your favorite sweet condiment, or even Nutella!
