Obazda
A traditional Bavarian cheese paprika spread on crispbread as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 8-10 oz. very ripe Camembert
- ½ small yellow onion peeled and very finely chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mash the Camembert with a fork.
- Mix Camembert with the onion, butter, paprika, and sour cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate.
- Take the spread out of the refrigerator 1 hour before serving to bring to room temperature. Enjoy with crispbread on the same day it is made for the freshest taste.
