Wonderful tasting cookies with tart cranberries, full-bodied macadamia nuts and a healthy dose of oat cranberry muesli. Easy to make and great for an afternoon snack.
Servings 10 cookies
- 3-1/2 oz butter 7 tbsp
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
- 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Kölln Muesli Cranberry & Oats
- 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 35° F.
Gradually mix butter, sugar, vanilla extract, honey and egg. Cream until light. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and slowly add them into the butter mixture.
Form 2-teaspoon heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and slightly flatten with a spoon. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until golden brown.
