- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix flour, Crunchy Honey-Nut Oats Cereals, butter, honey, egg and salt and knead until smooth. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and roll evenly with a rolling pin. Remove plastic wrap and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until slightly brown on the surface.
- Decorate with melted baking chocolate or icing and immediately cut into triangles or diamond-shaped pieces.
