These sweet, succulent honey-nut-oat cookies look great with white and dark chocolate swirls and are the grand finish of any great meal.
Servings 32 triangles
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup Crunchy Honey-Nut Oats Cereals
- 7 oz butter 14 tbsp
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 oz dark baking chocolate melted
- 1 oz white baking chocolate melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix flour, Crunchy Honey-Nut Oats Cereals, butter, honey, egg and salt and knead until smooth. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and roll evenly with a rolling pin. Remove plastic wrap and bake for approx. 20 minutes or until slightly brown on the surface.
- Decorate with melted baking chocolate or icing and immediately cut into triangles or diamond-shaped pieces.
