
Currywurst Indonesischer Art mit Mango und Kartoffelsalat

Ingredients
- 3 each currywurst
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 portions potato salad
- 6 tbsp hot curry ketchup
- 2 tbsp curry seasoning
- 1 tbsp dill For garnishing
- 1 each mango sliced
Instructions
- Cut the currywurst sausages into pieces diagonally. Peel and slice the mango as well.
- Heat a wok or high-walled pan and add the peanut oil, and allow it to get really hot. Then, add the currywurst sausages and brown on both sides.
- Arrange the potato salad on serving plates, add the Currywurst sausages, pour about 3 Tbsp. of sauce over the top, and sprinkle with curry seasoning. Garnish and serve hot with mango slices on the side.
