- 40 slices Farmers Ham thinly sliced, for ex. Black Forest ham from Adler
- 1 cup rosehip jam for ex. from Maintal
- 20 each Silver Onions for ex. from Hengstenberg
- 10 slices Sunflower Seed Bread for ex. from Mestemacher
- 1 tsp butter

Spread butter on 8 large sunflower seed breads slices, then spread rosehip jam
Cover breads with thinly sliced Black Forest farmer's ham (prosciutto-style) and top with silver onions
Slice breads into 5 square canapes.
