Flädle
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup mineral water
- 1/8 cup butter for frying
- parsley and chives
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl, forming thin dough. Let the dough soak for 20 minutes. Add chopped parsley and chives.
- In a skillet, heat up a little of the butter to grease the pan for each pancake. Pour only a minimal amount of dough in order to make thin pancakes. Fry on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
