Handkäse mit Musik
Handkäse is a sour milk cheese that's a culinary speciality of Frankfurt. The "Musik" is a rather euphemistic term for the natural human sound generated after consuming onions.

- 8 ounces German Handkäse
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 onions
- 3 cups cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cut cheese in slices.
- Prepare marinade. Combine vinegar and oil, mix well and add salt, pepper, mustard. Peel onions, chop and add to marinade. Add cider vinegar and mix well.
- Pour marinade over sliced cheese and leave to stand before serving.
