Cut the currywurst sausages into pieces diagonally. Peel and slice the mango as well.
Heat a wok or high-walled pan and add the peanut oil, and allow it to get really hot. Then, add the currywurst sausages and brown on both sides.
Arrange the potato salad on serving plates, add the Currywurst sausages, pour about 3 Tbsp. of sauce over the top, and sprinkle with curry seasoning. Garnish and serve hot with mango slices on the side.
