Indische Hühnchen Kasserole
This is an easily prepared dish with tons of flavor. The pan-roasted chicken is simmered in broth, German curry ketchup and yogurt which imparts an oriental, "Indo-German" flavor.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- chili pepper
- 7 tablespoons chicken broth 100 ml
- 7 ounces Hela Curry Spice Ketchup Original 200 g
- 3-1/2 fluid ounces yogurt 200 ml
- 2 teaspoons wheat flour
- 3-1/2 ounces raisins 100 g

Cut the chicken in strips, cut onions and garlic into thin slices. Fry everything in a pan and season with salt and chili pepper.
Put everything into a pot, then add chicken broth and Hela Curry Spice Ketchup Original. Close the lid and boil for about five minutes.
Mix the yogurt with the flour and add to the mixture, simmer for another five minutes. Add the raisins and serve.
Serve with rice.
