Indische Hühnchen Kasserole
This is an easily prepared dish with tons of flavor. The pan-roasted chicken is simmered in broth, German curry ketchup and yogurt which imparts an oriental, "Indo-German" flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- chili pepper
- 7 tablespoons chicken broth 100 ml
- 7 ounces Hela Curry Spice Ketchup Original 200 g
- 3-1/2 fluid ounces yogurt 200 ml
- 2 teaspoons wheat flour
- 3-1/2 ounces raisins 100 g
Instructions
- Cut the chicken in strips, cut onions and garlic into thin slices. Fry everything in a pan and season with salt and chili pepper.
- Put everything into a pot, then add chicken broth and Hela Curry Spice Ketchup Original. Close the lid and boil for about five minutes.
- Mix the yogurt with the flour and add to the mixture, simmer for another five minutes. Add the raisins and serve.
- Serve with rice.
