Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked ham 1 inch thick
- 2-1/8 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Allow the ham to soak in the milk for about 4 hours.
- Bread the ham with the eggs and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until crispy and serve.
- Serve with spargel (asparagus).
