Lingonberry-Merlot Dressing

A mix of vinegar, wine, honey, and lingonberry syrup to be used in salads or as a marinade.

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lingonberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper


  • Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • Stir and pour over salad or use as a marinade.
