Maple Oat Muffins
Scrumptious muffins made with walnuts, crunchy oat crispies, walnuts, and the rich flavor of maple syrup. Great morning treats.

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 7 oz plain yogurt
  • 1-1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups Kölln Oat Crispies Classic
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • Preheat oven to 39° F. Using a whisk, mix the maple syrup, egg, oil and yogurt together. Slowly fold the remaining ingredients into the mixture.
  • Evenly pour the dough into a muffin pan. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
