Mini Wini Sheriff Toast
For Cowboys or kids who want to be one. Kid friendly recipe of tasty Mini Wini sausages on toast with cream cheese and bell peppers!

  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 jars Meica Mini Wini Sausage Links 30 cocktail sausages, 190 g
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper


  • Toast the bread.
  • Drain the Mini Wini and heat in hot water.
  • Mix the cream cheese with mustard and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the peppers, cut in half, clean out. With a small round cutter, cut out colorful pepper confetti out of the peppers.
  • Spread the cream cheese mix onto the toast. Add the hot Mini Winis to the toast and cover with the pepper confetti.
