- 8 slices bread
- 2 jars Meica Mini Wini Sausage Links 30 cocktail sausages, 190 g
- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Toast the bread.
- Drain the Mini Wini and heat in hot water.
- Mix the cream cheese with mustard and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the peppers, cut in half, clean out. With a small round cutter, cut out colorful pepper confetti out of the peppers.
- Spread the cream cheese mix onto the toast. Add the hot Mini Winis to the toast and cover with the pepper confetti.
