- 16 ounces fruit tea, ideally rosehip Hagebuttentee
- 16 ounces apple juice
- juice of one lemon
- 3 teaspoons honey
- Brew tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the apple juice, fresh lemon juice and honey. Reheat, until the honey has dissolved completely.
- Serve in festive mugs.
