Pellkartoffeln mit Quark
Potatoes in their jackets with quark is a traditional dish handed down for generations in families in Germany.
Region Brandenburg, Saxony
- 1-1/4 lb potatoes in their jackets
- 1-1/4 lb quark
- 10 teaspoons milk
- 2 teaspoons sour cream
- some salt
- some white pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 4 teaspoons fresh chives minced
- Boil the potatoes in their jackets.
- Dice the onion and mix it with quark, milk, sour cream, a pinch of salt and white pepper and minced fresh chives.
