Schwarzwaelder Breitbandnudeln mit Mohn

- 1 8.8 oz. Egg Noodles Black Forest Brand
- 3 quarts water
- 1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Follow cooking directions on the egg noodle package. Additionally add 1 TSP of extra virgin olive oil to salted water before boiling.
- Drain noodles when tender.
- Transfer noodles to a serving dish and toss with 2 TBSP of butter.
- Add ½ TSP of kosher salt and stir to combine with warm noodles. Add 1 TSP of poppy seeds and stir to evenly distribute seeds.
- Serve immediately.
