Überbackenes Schweinefilet mit Currysoße

Ingredients
- 30 oz pork tenderloin 800 g
- 3 small bananas
- 1 cup cup cream 250 ml
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp curry
- Salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 oz grated cheese 50 g
Instructions
- Cut the pork into slices. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix the cream with tomato paste and curry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the canola oil in the pan. Brown the pork slices on both sides. Season with pepper, salt and paprika.
- In a baking dish put 1-1/2 bananas and add the pork slices on top of the banana.
- Put the remaining bananas on the pork slices and pour the cream over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
