Pork Loin Curry

Ingredients

  • 30 oz pork tenderloin 800 g
  • 3 small bananas
  • 1 cup cup cream 250 ml
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp curry
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 oz grated cheese 50 g

Instructions

  • Cut the pork into slices. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  • Mix the cream with tomato paste and curry. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the canola oil in the pan. Brown the pork slices on both sides. Season with pepper, salt and paprika.
  • In a baking dish put 1-1/2 bananas and add the pork slices on top of the banana.
  • Put the remaining bananas on the pork slices and pour the cream over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
