Ingredients
- 1 pkg Panni Potato Pancake Mix 6.6 oz size
- 3 cups liquid (water or water with an egg beaten in it)
- vegetable oil
- 4 oz grated cheese
- chives
- 1/2 bottle tomato ketchup
Instructions
- Prepare the Pancake Mix as directed on the package. Fry 25 pancakes. Just before serving, dress with tomato ketchup, grated cheese and chives.
Notes
Variation: Add 5 to 6 oz finely chopped bacon to the pancake mixture. Then fry the usual way.
