If you’re not already familiar with Wild Garlic, also called ramps or wild leeks (or in German Bärlauch), the recipes below offer several ways to get to know these delicious spring greens. Ramps are members of the onion family with a mildly pungent onion-garlic flavor and are generally gathered in the wild. If you’re lucky enough you may find them growing wild on your property. If not, you may find them at farmers’ markets or grocery stores with a good produce selection.
