- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup red wine jelly
- 12 pieces red grapes
- Wash grapes, cut in halves and remove seeds
- Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold red wine jelly into the whipped cream.
- Fill four champagne or cocktail glasses with the wine jelly whipped cream and decorate with a grape half or mint leaves.
