Rum Isobar
A refreshing mixed drink with white and dark rum, elderberry syrup, fresh ginger and Bionade Natural Lemon Soda.

Ingredients
- 40 ml white rum about 1.5 fl oz.
- 10 ml dark rum about 0.5 fl.oz
- 30 ml elderberry syrup
- 3 slices fresh ginger fine slices
- 1 slice ginger thicker slice
- 25 ml fresh lime juice about 1 lime
- 30 ml Bionade Cloudy Lemon Soda
Instructions
- Place thicker slice of fresh ginger into shaker and press lightly.
- Add rum, elderberry syrup and lime juice.
- Add ice. Shake.
- Pour over a fine strainer into chilled glass.
- Top up with Bionade Cloudy Lemon soda.
- Decorate with 3 thin slices of ginger.
