Rum Isobar
A refreshing mixed drink with white and dark rum, elderberry syrup, fresh ginger and Bionade Natural Lemon Soda.

  • 40 ml white rum about 1.5 fl oz.
  • 10 ml dark rum about 0.5 fl.oz
  • 30 ml elderberry syrup
  • 3 slices fresh ginger fine slices
  • 1 slice ginger thicker slice
  • 25 ml fresh lime juice about 1 lime
  • 30 ml Bionade Cloudy Lemon Soda


  • Place thicker slice of fresh ginger into shaker and press lightly.
  • Add rum, elderberry syrup and lime juice.
  • Add ice. Shake.
  • Pour over a fine strainer into chilled glass.
  • Top up with Bionade Cloudy Lemon soda.
  • Decorate with 3 thin slices of ginger.
