Bratwurstspieß mit Mango und Paprika
With only three ingredients, this dish is surely simple, and the mango brings unexpected color and flavor to grilled sausage skewers.
- fat for frying
- wooden skewers
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 mango
- 6-8 Meica sausages
Cut sausages into equal one inch long pieces.
Wash and peel the mango and cut into 1 x 1 inch pieces.
Wash and remove all the seeds from the bell pepper, towel dry and cut into 1 x 1 inch pieces.
In an alternating pattern put a piece of mango, sausage and bell pepper on the skewer. Fry the skewer either in a huge skillet in fat, or place them on a grill. Cook them until they are evenly brown on all sides.
