Geschnetzeltes vom Rind in Currysauce
A well known German dish of sauteed strips of steak or filet mignon in a creamy curry sauce flavored with red wine and chanterelle mushrooms and mild curry sauce.

Ingredients
- 18 ounces beef fillet (500 g)
- 3/4 ounce oil (20 g)
- 3-1/2 tablespoons red wine (150 ml)
- 9 ounces pickled chantarelle mushrooms (250 g)
- 1-7/8 cups Hela Curry Spice Ketchup mild (450 ml)
Instructions
- Very easy and quick to prepare: cut the meat into streaks, then fry in oil. Mix Hela Curry Spice Ketchup mild with red wine, add the chanterelles. Put the meat into the sauce and serve.
- Serve with rice and salad.
