Geschnetzeltes vom Rind in Currysauce
A well known German dish of sauteed strips of steak or filet mignon in a creamy curry sauce flavored with red wine and chanterelle mushrooms and mild curry sauce.
- 18 ounces beef fillet (500 g)
- 3/4 ounce oil (20 g)
- 3-1/2 tablespoons red wine (150 ml)
- 9 ounces pickled chantarelle mushrooms (250 g)
- 1-7/8 cups Hela Curry Spice Ketchup mild (450 ml)

Very easy and quick to prepare: cut the meat into streaks, then fry in oil. Mix Hela Curry Spice Ketchup mild with red wine, add the chanterelles. Put the meat into the sauce and serve.
Serve with rice and salad.
