All the nutritional and health benefits of watermelon in a very drinkable slush. Great for refeshment on a hot summer afternoon, after working out, or as a pick me up.
- 1 seedless watermelon, diced about 5 cups
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- raw honey optional, to taste
- Combine watermelon, lime juice, and ice in blender.
- Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
- For an extra kick, garnish with fresh basil.
