Ingredients

1-1/2 shots dry gin
1/3 shot dry Vermouth
1/3 shot pickled white asparagus brine
white asparagus spines for a garnish
fresh dill for a garnish

Instructions

Mix the gin, vermouth and the brine together as quickly yet smoothly as possible for 30 seconds
Strain the combination into a chilled cocktail glass
Add the garnish and enjoy
