Spargel Gin Martini
A new take on an old classic, this dry martini evokes the best of both worlds with its gin and asparagus combination

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 shots dry gin
- 1/3 shot dry Vermouth
- 1/3 shot pickled white asparagus brine
- white asparagus spines for a garnish
- fresh dill for a garnish
Instructions
- Mix the gin, vermouth and the brine together as quickly yet smoothly as possible for 30 seconds
- Strain the combination into a chilled cocktail glass
- Add the garnish and enjoy
