Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 shots dry gin
  • 1/3 shot dry Vermouth
  • 1/3 shot pickled white asparagus brine
  • white asparagus spines for a garnish
  • fresh dill for a garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the gin, vermouth and the brine together as quickly yet smoothly as possible for 30 seconds
  • Strain the combination into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Add the garnish and enjoy
