A convenient way to serve fresh fruit tarts in spring and summer. Simply cut a few pieces of fruits or use canned fruits, like pineapple, strawberries, grapes and everything else fruity. Place fruits onto “Torteletts” cookie pieces, add whipped cream … and, voila, a fantastic, nutritious dessert.
Here are some great fruit tart combinations: Arrange pineapple slices in the shape of the sun and add rum or kahlua; Or juicy grapes with whipped cream and a dusting of finely ground coffee; strawberries and black berries, marinated in grappa.
