IKartoffelland is located in – Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany’s northern state along the Baltic Sea, which has a large agricultural tradition – kind of a mix between Iowa and Idaho. The bread dumplings are original German potato dumplings with breads mixed in, in Bavarian fashion. A perfect side dish for meats and vegetables.
