This bean salad gets its taste from marinating the beans in a sophisticated, spicy white wine vinegar infused with savoury. This is a really easy way to bring pulses to the table. The salad is a quick side dish for cold and warm dishes, a good meal in between meals or a complement to other salads.
Around 145 years ago – in 1876 – Richard Alfried Hengstenberg founded the Hengstenberg company in Esslingen am Necker, a town in the Stuttgart Region of Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany.
