Dessert Spitzkuchen (lit. pointy cake bites) is a baked delicacy enjoyed between November and April. Inside a soft ginger- or honey bread, outside dark chocolate coating decorated with milk chocolate patterns. Each bite a true enjoyment, especially with a good cup of tea or coffee. From Lambertz, based in Aachen, established in 1641.
