Recipe for Choco Coconut Cookies (Source: Seitenbacher)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 3 cups Choco Coco Muesli
- 100 g butter (3.5 oz or 90% of a stick)
- Place egg, butter and honey into a bowl and whisk. Preheat oven to 170° C/ 340°F. Pour Muesli and flour into separate bowl.
- Combine muesli with egg mix. Wait 15 minutes. Roll spoonful sized balls from mixture and place on tray 1 inch apart. Flatten by hand.
- Let bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven, cool for 10 more minutes. Enjoy.
