Product Description
Born to a Tunisian father and German mother, Nadia Hassani is a German born food writer with a heart for local fare. Her book offers an in-depth look at the surprisingly diverse German cuisine, stretching from the shores of the North and Baltic Seas to the Alps. The diversity stems in part from the culinary influences of Germany’s nine neighboring countries. Some of her recipes are standards not to be missed at any typical German meal. Nadia immigrated to the United States in 1998 and resides today in Pennsylvania.
