This is medium ground Berliner Leberwurst (literally: liver sausage or liver pate). Traditionally, this sausage was made from pork or veal liver, but today it’s premium pork and veal meat cuts, with added spices and herbs. Add to whole grain breads, pretzels or crusty rye bread and top with mustard, salad or radishes. 

From the Stiglmeier Sausage Co, based in Wheeling, IL and founded by master butcher Anton Stiglmeier over 50 years ago. You can taste the authentic Bavarian heritage. USDA inspected.
