Made with 32% organic onions, umami yeast and celery.This jar contains 150g which makes about 7.5 liter of soup! Also great for independent restaurants.

The onion soup & dip mix offers a versatile taste experience that goes far beyond the classic onion soup.  Why not try a dip with vegan crème fraîche or as breading for onion schnitzel? This soup and seasoning mix also unfolds its great aroma when added to home-made baked bread.

For soups: 1 tsp (5g) soup powder in 200 ml water. Stir in and bring to a boil.
For sauces: stir as much as you like in vegan cream alternatives and refine sauces to taste.
For dips: Stir into vegan cream cheese alternatives, let rest and stir before serving.
