Fresh lemon balm, or MelisseAdds a soft herbal note.

Instructions
Chill the white wine and Bitter Lemon.
Add lemon zest and lemon balm to a punch bowl.
Pour in the white wine.
Top with Bitter Lemon.
Stir gently.
Add ice if desired.
Serve chilled in small glasses.
