Lingonberry-Merlot Dressing
A mix of vinegar, wine, honey, and lingonberry syrup to be used in salads or as a marinade.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lingonberry syrup
- 1 tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Stir and pour over salad or use as a marinade.
