A fruity spring wine punch made with white wine, sparkling water, Mühlhäuser Himbeer-Sirup, strawberries, and mint. This Himbeer Maibowle is a softer, berry forward alternative to classic Waldmeister-Bowle.
Ingredients
50clWeißweinUse a crisp, dry white wine for balance.
Fresh strawberries, or frische ErdbeerenBring fresh fruit flavor and a pretty spring look.
Fresh mint, or MinzeAdds a cooling herbal finish.
Ice, optional
Instructions
Chill the white wine and sparkling water.
Add sliced strawberries and mint to a punch bowl.
Pour in the Himbeer-Sirup.
Add the white wine.
Top with sparkling water.
Stir gently.
Add ice if serving right away.
Ladle into glasses and serve chilled.
