A light and bubbly raspberry spritz made with Mühlhäuser Himbeer-Sirup, prosecco, soda water, mint, and ice. This Himbeer Spritz is refreshing, elegant, and perfect for spring brunches, Maifest celebrations, Mother’s Day, or summer afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Mühlhäuser Himbeer-Sirup Adds sweet raspberry flavor and a vibrant pink color.
  • 10 cl prosecco Brings crisp bubbles and a festive finish.
  • 4 cl soda water Lightens the drink and keeps it refreshing.
  • Fresh mint Adds a cool herbal aroma.
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass or spritz glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Mühlhäuser Himbeer-Sirup.
  • Add the prosecco.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Stir gently so the bubbles stay lively.
  • Garnish with fresh mint.
  • Serve immediately.
