Matryoshka Doll
Matryoshka Doll is a cocktail made with Club Mate, a popular German caffeinated carbonated drink with mate-extract. Brown sugar, lime, and vodka are combined with Club Mate for a uniquely delicious cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1-2 wedges organic lime or more to taste
- 1 tsp brown sugar to taste
- crushed ice
- 1.5-2 oz vodka (4-6 cl)
- 3.5 oz Club Mate (10 cl)
Instructions
- Cut lime into wedges.
- Pour brown sugar into a tall cocktail glass.
- Add the lime wedges to the glass and mash.
- Add crushed ice.
- Pour the vodka over it.
- Top up with Club Mate.
