Käse-Igel
Ingredients
- selection of German artisan cheeses such as Allgäuer Emmentaler, Butterkäse, Tilsit
- 1/2 melon or pineapple honeydew or muskmelon
- seedless grapes
Instructions
- Cut the German cheeses into cubes and insert wooden or plastic toothpicks into them. Add a red or white seedless grape to each toothpick or any fruit of your choice.
- Cut a pineapple or melon in half and put the flat side face down on a serving dish. Stick the cheese and grape picks into the round side of the fruit and voila, you have a cheese hedgehog!
