Apricot-Cheese Cream with Manner Wafer Cubes
Ingredients
- Manner Neapolitan Wafers
- quark
- apricot jelly
- bluberries or bilberries
Instructions
- Mix the quark and the apricot jelly and pour some into a dessert glass. Cut the wafers in half and place along with the blueberries on top of the apricot filling. Repeat the process.
- Garnish with blueberries, lime zest and sprig of mint.
