Gnocchi with pork meatballs in a simple tomato sauce. Kid-friendly recipe.

Ingredients
- 14 oz ground pork
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil or canola oil
- 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 pound
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon mild paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1-2 packages ready-made gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
Instructions
- Shape the ground pork into small meatballs.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into dices. Peel and finely dice the onion. In a saucepan heat the rapeseed oil. Sauté the onions, add the diced tomatoes and sauté for about 4 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes and the vegetable broth. Season to taste with oregano, paprika, pepper and salt. Let the sauce simmer 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the pork meatballs and let everything simmer another 10 minutes.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package, place them in a large serving bowl and serve with the meatball sauce and cheese.
